Arrow Heating & A/C is a locally owned and operated small business dedicated to providing Springfield, Missouri homeowners with honest, reliable, and affordable heating and air conditioning services. Founded in 2010 by Kenny Coates, Arrow Heating & Air Conditioning Service has grown to become a trusted name in the community, known for its commitment to customer satisfaction and expert technical service. From the very beginning, Kenny's goal has always been to treat every customer like family, providing them with the same level of personalized care and attention that he would give to his own loved ones.

This dedication to customer service stems from Kenny's own background. After relocating to Springfield, Missouri from West Monroe, Louisiana in early 2007, Kenny found himself unexpectedly laid off from his position at General Motors. Determined to chart a new course, he enrolled at Ozarks Technical College later that year to pursue a career in skilled trades. Throughout his studies, Kenny demonstrated exceptional aptitude and dedication, finishing at the top of his class and even placing 7th at the Skills USA National Competition. Unfortunately, the 2008 financial crisis had a devastating impact on the trades, leading to another unexpected layoff for Kenny in 2009. Faced with limited opportunities in Springfield, Kenny decided to take matters into his own hands and founded Arrow Heating & Air Conditioning Service in 2010.
