At Lang's Landscape Services, Inc., we are proud to be a family-owned business that has been serving New Hampshire and Southern Maine for nearly 70 years. Our journey began in 1949 when Walter Lang started his landscape career as an independent contractor while brokering nursery products and plant materials throughout the New England region. With great success, Walter and Martha Lang opened their first nursery and garden center, Lang's Colonial Gardens, in Nashua, N.H. in 1963. As the family grew, so did the business, and Lang's Incorporated in 1986, relocating to Greenland, N.H.

Our nursery and landscape center is located at 680 Portsmouth Ave, open seven days a week from March 15th through December 21st. We also may be reached on our website year-round. Our firm is staffed with family members to best serve your needs and answer your questions. Our team includes Zourie, who handles accounting; Cindy, our nursery manager; Susan, our talented florist; Martin, our yard manager; Andrew, who is a landscape design/horticulturist; Peter, a stone/metal sculpturist; Matthew, a landscape design/certified arborist; and Walter, our landscape architect and founder.

Awards and Recognition

Over the years, Lang's Landscape Service has had the privilege of working on numerous prestigious projects, including Anheuser Busch Breweries from 1970 through 1997, where we landscaped the tour facilities, Hamblet, Hops garden, Employee and Executive patio areas, and developed and installed their employee exercise area and soccer fields. We have also worked on the Pennichuck Water Works New Water purification plant in Merrimack, N.H., Nashua Corporation, Athletic Field at Bishop Gurtin High school, and Marshell Farms Development in Exter, N.H., along with numerous private homes and businesses. These projects showcase our professional landscaping expertise and have earned us many awards and letters of recognition, which grace our office walls.
