Our Team

Our team is led by President Bart Huffaker, who has over three decades of experience in the construction industry. Our team of experienced project managers, estimators, and field superintendents is dedicated to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Our bilingual team members are committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients' needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Our Services

We offer a range of services, including negotiated contract design-build services, construction management, and turn-key contracts. Our design-build approach allows us to integrate the design and construction phases of a project, resulting in significant time and cost savings. Our four-phase design-build process ensures that our clients have control over cost and receive the best value for their investment.

Pre-Construction Phase

Before construction begins, we work closely with our clients to finalize design criteria and produce AutoCAD drawings reflecting architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings. We also generate specific construction documents and details, which are then reviewed and approved by local authorities. Once the construction documents are complete, we request bids from subcontractors and suppliers to finalize the construction cost.
