• Lauren Young - Sr. Sales/Bid Estimator: Lauren has been in the cabinet manufacturing and distribution industry for over 7 years and also has over 12 years of sales experience. She works with our clients throughout the Pre-Construction bidding process and Project Management.

• Brad Fries - Sr. Sales/Bid Estimator: Brad has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, starting as a cabinet maker during college. He continued as a cabinet maker professionally in NY, NY until moving into sales and eventually specializing in sales of custom stairs.

• Ron Burke - Chief Operations Officer: Ron brings 30+ years' experience in the wood manufacturing industry. His disciplines include lean manufacturing, quality control, process improvement, safety, value engineering, scheduling, sales, and client relations.
