At Caldwell Lawn Care, we have been in the lawn care business in Jefferson County since 1996. Our services include mowing, aeration, over-seeding, and snow removal. Our commitment to providing dependable service and quality workmanship has led to our customer referrals being our best form of advertisement.

Each week, we randomly inspect a few of our job sites for quality, and our employees have an opportunity to earn bonuses based upon the results of these inspections. Our own repair shop, Caldwell Outdoor Equipment, ensures that our equipment is always well maintained and in top condition, virtually eliminating the possibility of down time. When unexpected repairs are necessary, our mechanics are always available to get the crews back on the job quickly.

We are proud of our team, including Justin Caldwell, our owner who started over 21 years ago with only a push mower. Through combined experience in field work and management, Zac Abrams, our Operations Manager, knows how to succeed in both the residential and commercial lawn care industry. Shane Korte, our Crew Manager, oversees our crew members and assists in management. He is a Licensed Pesticide Technician in the state of MO. Lynnsie Kerperien, our Office Manager, keeps our place running smoothly and has years of experience in booking keeping/accounting.
