Our story began in 1995, when our founder, Isaac Penn, started his career in the pool industry as a salesman for Pelican Pools and Patio. After gaining valuable experience, Isaac decided to pursue his passion for pool renovations and service. He formed Sparklean Pool Service, focusing on above-ground liner replacements and slowly building a loyal customer base.

As the business grew, Isaac continued to expand his expertise, earning certifications from the North East Spa and Pool Association (NESPA) and developing a comprehensive pool maintenance program. In 2004, Isaac turned his attention to in-ground vinyl liner replacements and full-scale pool renovations, transforming Sparklean Pool Service into Sparklean Pools, Inc.
