Classic Builders is owned and operated by Syl and Allison Champoux, who have been part of the Syracuse, Indiana community since 1986. Syl and their son, Kyle, provide the construction expertise for the company, while Allison serves as the business manager. The Champoux family is also involved in the development and management of a 24-lot subdivision in nearby Elkhart County. They are active members of their community, donating their time and talents to their church, youth sports, and the American Red Cross.
