Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Conduct
Multiple reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with Phoenix Tree & Landscape's customer service and professionalism. Walt Koppenbrink's review describes a catastrophic experience with tree removal and oleander trimming. The company failed to complete the job, caused damage to the property, and was unresponsive to phone calls. Ronny Smith's review shares a similar experience, praising the initial sales pitch but criticizing the poor execution of the job. The company failed to complete the work and left the customer with a large bill.
Inadequate Workmanship and Unlicensed Subcontractors
