Our Building Process

Our building process is designed to ensure that every step of the way, you will be fully involved in the creation of your new home. We believe that it is crucial to involve our customers in the design and construction process to ensure that their expectations are met. Our building process is divided into five distinct steps, each of which is designed to ensure that the final product meets our high standards.

Step 1: Land Selection

The first step in our building process is to select the perfect location for your new home. Whether you have already purchased a lot or are still searching for the perfect property, we can help you find the ideal location for your new home. Our experienced sales team is dedicated to ensuring that you find the perfect property that meets your needs and budget.

Step 2: DESIGNING YOUR DREAM HOME

Once you have selected the perfect location, it's time to design your dream home. Our experienced architects and designers will work closely with you to create a customized design that reflects your style, needs, and budget. Whether you prefer a traditional, modern, or rustic design, we can help you create a home that is uniquely yours.

Step 3: Financing

Financing your new home is an essential step in the building process. At Pierson-Gibbs Homes, Inc., we offer a comprehensive construction loan program designed to help you finance your new home. Our experienced financial team will work closely with you to ensure that you have access to the financing you need to bring your dream home to life.

Step 4: CONSTRUCTION

Once the financing is in place, our skilled carpenters and craftsmen will begin constructing your new home. Our experienced construction team is dedicated to ensuring that every detail of your home is built to last, using only the highest-quality materials and techniques.

Step 5: COMPLETION

The final step in our building process is the completion stage. This is where you can choose to finish the interior of your home yourself, or hire a professional to do it for you. We can even provide recommendations for contractors and professionals who can help you complete your new home.
