Harry's Lumber Company has been a family-owned and operated business since 1940. Father and son, Harry and Jerome Rosenthal, opened their doors to service the lumber needs of the Chicago community with the mantra "where quality and service still count." We have an extensive inventory of hardwood and softwood lumber, mouldings, and millwork. Our inventory includes a wide range of products such as Douglas fir, SPR, and Trex decking and railing systems. We also stock a variety of doors, including exterior wood and fiberglass doors, pre-hung wood doors, and commercial steel doors. Our door selection also includes fire-rated doors, garage doors, and storm doors.
Our Mouldings and Millwork
Our mouldings and millwork selection is extensive, with a variety of different species and profiles to choose from. We offer mouldings made from oak, poplar, clear white pine, and MDF. We also stock columns, stair systems, and thresholds. Our Trex Trim and Crown moulding selection is unparalleled in the industry.

Harry's Lumber is the Trex capital of the universe! We stock everything, offer same-day or next-day delivery, and are ready to help with your new Trex deck. We have the largest Trex inventory in Illinois, and our samples show different decking and railing combinations. With Trex, you can enjoy 25-year residential and 10-year commercial fade and scratch warranties.
