• Home Performance: Our team of experts will evaluate your home's energy efficiency, perform any necessary repairs, and install energy-efficient systems to reduce your energy consumption.
• Air Sealing: We seal gaps and cracks in your home to prevent heat from escaping and conditioned air from escaping through electrical outlets, switches, and other gaps.
• Energy Retrofits: We retrofit your home with energy-efficient systems, such as insulation, spray foam insulation, and thermal barrier coatings, to reduce your energy consumption and costs.
• Heating Systems: We install heat pumps and other heating systems to provide efficient and comfortable heating and cooling.

Our Process

3. Test: We conduct an Efficiency Maine model Energy Audit to identify energy-loss areas and provide recommendations for improvement.

4. Implement: We implement the scope of work based on the energy audit and your budget.

5. Save: We test out and inspect the energy efficiency upgrades and provide you with a final report and incentives.

Incentives

We offer a range of incentives, including Efficiency Maine rebates and federal tax incentives, to help you save money on your energy costs. You could receive up to $9,200 in incentives and rebates and save up to 50% on your heat and hot water usage.
