Meet Derek and Stephanie Lombard, the dedicated owners of Above & Beyond Cleaning. Together, they work as a team to set a new and higher standard for commercial cleaning. Their company was born out of a dream that they made reality back in 2010. Starting with one commercial account, it has now grown to more than 50 accounts in 2023. They currently employ approximately 40 dedicated employees. With an outstanding operations manager and a full-time evening manager, they provide thorough hands-on training to each staff member. All employees undergo thorough criminal background checks before employment.
