Our History

Our story began in 1981 when our founder, Joe Cassella, started selling building materials on the front lot of his father's masonry and concrete contracting business. As the business grew, we relocated to Simi Valley in 1986 and merged with Simi Builders Supply, becoming Simi Pacific Building Materials. Today, we are proud to be a family-run business with Joe's sons, Anthony and Vince, actively involved in the company.
