Our Story

Our journey began in 1995 as Ambassador Piping Inc., founded by Michael Clement. The company's name was inspired by the idea of being "ambassadors to better service." Two years later, his brother Matthew joined the business, becoming a partial owner and eventually taking over as the full owner by the end of 1997. Over the years, we've received numerous awards for our quality work and customer service, including the Installer of the Year award from Northwest Natural Gas in 2000 and 2001.

We offer a wide range of services, including the installation and maintenance of gas fireplaces, wood fireplaces, gas stoves, wood stoves, pellet stoves, gas inserts, wood inserts, and pellet inserts. Our products include barbeque grills and smokers by Green Mountain Grills, Broil King, and Broil Master, as well as barbeque essentials like all-natural wood pellets. Additionally, we service commercial heaters, gas piping, and gas water heaters, often qualifying for energy incentives and rebates year-round.
