TCS Forestry Management is a woman-owned small business that has been providing arboriculture and forestry services since 2004. Our company is based in Gallipolis, Ohio, and we proudly serve commercial, industrial, and government clients nationwide. We have a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about maintaining the beauty and safety of properties across the eastern United States.

Our founder, Barbara Swain, is a visionary entrepreneur who saw an opportunity to provide professional tree care services to the community. Over the years, she has expanded our services to cater to the needs of government contractors, and we have successfully worked with some of the nation's largest electric utility providers.

Meet Our Owner

Barbara Swain, the owner of TCS Forestry Management, is a pioneering woman in the forestry industry. She started the company in 2004 with a vision to bring professional services to the community. Over time, she expanded the services to cater to government contractors and has successfully worked with some of the nation's largest electric utility providers. Today, she continues to oversee the daily management of the company and project planning.

Meet Our Manager

Scott Swain, our manager, has been working in the arboriculture industry since 1996. He holds a degree in business administration and has extensive experience in managing tree service needs for some of the nation's largest electric utility providers. Scott is an International Society of Arboriculture certified arborist and utility specialist, license number OH-0825. He is also ISA TRAQ Qualified (Tree Risk Assessment Qualification). Scott is passionate about serving the communities of southeastern Ohio and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

Certified Specialists

Our team includes several arborists and utility specialists certified through the International Society of Arboriculture. We have project managers with MBA degrees and college-educated foresters who are ready to handle everything from data collection to oversight. Our team is dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of service and expertise.
