Mr. C. waited 16 weeks for his order and received only 6 floor model chairs, while Misty Zesch experienced multiple delays and received chairs that did not match her order.
Quality Issues with Products
Misty Zesch also reported quality issues with her chairs, stating that the leather and tufting did not match her order. She was told that the leather differed from each hide, but she felt that this was an unacceptable excuse for the error.
