Specialty Projects/Boutique Home Building

Over the years, we've had the opportunity to design and build some very unique specialty projects for our clients. From Northwest timber-framed entries to working with reclaimed beams and plank flooring, heated concrete floors, live edge counters and bars, concrete countertops, and beautiful barn wood accent walls, we've done it all. We've also designed and built beautiful outdoor living spaces with full kitchens and linear burning fireplaces, pools, saunas, wine cellars, media rooms, sports courts, shops, and custom barns. If you can imagine it, sketch it, or show us a picture of what you want, we can build it!

Our Team

Our team is comprised of skilled professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results. Our founder, Joe Strickland, has been designing, renovating, and building stunning homes in the Kirkland, Bellevue, and greater Seattle area for over 25 years. Joe is a detail-oriented builder who understands that every step along the building process is critical to creating a client's dream home.

We also have Joe's wife, a licensed real estate agent, on our team, who helps our clients find the perfect lot to build their dream home. She also previews existing homes with clients and helps distinguish which ones can be renovated to better fit their needs. Whether walls need to be removed to create a more open concept, extra living space or an entire upper floor added, we can make these important decisions before the property is purchased.
