Pre-Construction

• Planning and coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure a seamless project execution
• Developing and defining the scope of all mechanical systems, taking into account cost, performance, and constructability
• Reviewing design for cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and constructability
• Coordinating with the Architect, Structural Engineer, and major stakeholders to establish a construction schedule and identify critical path activities

Construction

• Developing, completing, and commissioning projects with our team of experts
• Conducting detailed cost analysis of all system alternatives using "Viewpoint MEP" estimating
• Reviewing all structural configurations for analysis of system(s) routing
• Analyzing noise issues for all equipment alternatives proposed
• Offering alternative layouts and configurations for optimal routing based on prefabrication techniques
• Reviewing all equipment selections based on price, availability, and servicing
• Competitive bidding of pre-qualified subcontractors during the design development stage to assure accurate pricing

Post-Construction

• Handling punchlists with the on-site construction team prior to demobilizing the job
• Passing through warranties provided by manufacturers of all equipment installed under our contract
• Providing commissioning assistance for all systems, including participation in the start-up process and taking over full responsibility for all warranty issues
• Submitting comprehensive turnover packages, including as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, test reports, and commissioning reports
• Conducting operations and maintenance training with in-house personnel
