Our Founders

Our founder, Bill Fisher, has a unique background in the HVAC industry, having served in the US Marine Corps and worked as a technician in various local companies before founding Way Cool HVAC in 2005. Keith Lester, our Operations Manager and partner, has a diverse background in business, construction, and finance, having owned and managed companies across various industries. Together, Bill and Keith have continued to grow the company, focusing on sustainability and customer satisfaction.
