Our blades are designed with sound design principles, taking into account the material to be cut, the type of machine used, and the desired outcome. Our high-quality blades are hardened to at least 40 HRC, ensuring they can withstand heavy loads and continue working with excellent results. We use laser technology for high-end blades, incorporating thin-gap expansion slots, and our proprietary flattening and surface grinding processes ensure plates that are distortion-free and have uniform thickness.

Each tooth on our blades is honed to a mirror finish, resulting in reduced micro-chipping along the cutting edge and a sharper, keener edge. Our skilled saw doctors, much like ancient swordsmiths, use special hammers to level and tension plates, ensuring they leave our hands flat and true and within tolerance.
