"I am so happy with the entire process! Steve was the original person that came out to give us a quote. He worked with us for a long time helping to pick out different finishes, colors, and looks for each window. He worked with us in a difficult home to provide options for making them look seamless. Because our home is older, we wanted to make sure that we would get the value out of our home if we ever decided to sell it. Steve never tried to convince us to buy the more expensive product and he was very realistic in his suggestions for us. He even left his cell phone number for us and we were able to text him questions after he left, which he responded to promptly. I appreciated that he took his shoes off, cleaned up his mess, adjusted the shutters so they looked nice, and then cleaned any dust off and fingerprints from each shutter. I am very particular about quality, and we had the composite shutters installed in our home. They are incredible! They have a lovely look about them and they are easy to open and close. They block out a great deal of light in our home when closed but still allow for a good amount of light during the day when they're open. I love the amount of privacy we have with these! I would highly recommend using this company because they or half the cost of their competitors with the same product."
