Our History

All Star Electric was founded by Todd Trosclair, our current CEO, who has more than 35 years of experience as a certified electrical contractor. Todd's professional achievements are numerous, including being the past President of Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc., serving on the Board of Directors for 10 years, and being the Chairman of the Education Committee for 8 years. He has also served on the Electrical Association of New Orleans Board of Directors and The Louisiana State Uniform Construction Code Council. In 2006, Todd was appointed by late Louisiana Governor Kathleen Blanco to be a Member of the Technical Codes Study and Advisory Committee.
