Our History: A Timeline of Growth and Expansion

Since our inception in 1996, TDI Brands has experienced significant growth and transformation:

• 1996: Tierra International founded in Jasper, Indiana, focusing on importing high-quality hard goods from Europe for the Earthmade mail order catalog.
• 1998: Wholesale Division started, expanding our reach to garden centers nationwide.
• 1999: Acquisition of de Van Koek company, adding exclusive product lines such as DeWit Garden Tools.
• 2000: Sale of Earthmade catalog business to garden.com, focusing on wholesale distribution.
• 2005: Appointed as the exclusive distributor for Worth Products, a leading manufacturer of garden tools and accessories in China.
• 2006: Merger with Dero Horticulture's US operations to form TDI or Tierra-Derco International.
• 2009: Major partnership with Cranswick, the UK's leading manufacturer of bird feeders, establishing TDI as the exclusive distributor of Nature's Feast Bird Feeders in the United States.
• 2012: Acquisition of Stone Age Creations, LTD, adding real-stone statuary to our exclusive product lines.
• 2013: Rebranding as TDI Brands, with three distinct divisions: Stone Age Creations, TDI Carts & Trunk Liners, and Tierra Garden.
