Custom Manufacturing Capabilities

Our state-of-the-art facilities are equipped with a range of advanced machines, including three CNC milling machines, five wire EDM machines, a laser cutter, multiple wet and hydraulic grinders, heat treat ovens, and powder coating capabilities. This allows us to offer a comprehensive range of custom manufacturing services, from prototyping to OEM projects.

Custom Metal Stamping

As a precision metal stamping company since 1987, we specialize in short, medium, and long run metal stampings with an emphasis on quality and timely order completions. Our large assortment of presses enables us to perform a range of services, including single hit or progressive dies, prototype metal stamping, metal stamping test runs, and run single or multiple operations. We also accommodate materials up to 0.250 thick and offer blank, pierce, draw, coin, trim, or extrude in various configurations.

Precision Laser Cutting

Our precision laser cutting capabilities include computer numerical control (CNC) precision laser cutting. This process involves the use of a laser cutter to cut precise shapes and designs into various materials. Our laser cutting services are particularly useful for projects that require intricate cuts, such as small details, holes, or profiles.

Wire EDM

Our wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) services utilize a process that directs an electrical current down a brass or copper wire, contained by dielectric water, to burn material and make the designed cut. Wire EDMs are capable of cutting the final details in fully hardened tool steel and holding tight tolerances in plastic parts.
