Our Beginnings

In 2001, our journey began in a Shorewood storefront, founded by the wife of a Joliet policeman. This determined woman had a vision for a business that offered comprehensive care for window treatments and fabric upholstery. By 2003, the business had grown, moving to a building on Theodore Street in Joliet, and eventually was purchased by Bert and Miriam Bolton. Bert, with his passion for blinds and decades of industry experience, and Miriam, with her unwavering dedication to customer service, set out to elevate the standards of blind and drapery cleaning in the region.
