Ideal for properties with well-drained sandy or sandy-clay soil and a gentle slope, conventional systems offer effective wastewater treatment.

• Low Pressure Dosing (LPD) Systems: Designed for properties with clay soil or those characterized by flatter or uphill topography, LPD systems utilize two septic tanks piped into a pump tank. This pump efficiently distributes the treated wastewater to a gravel drain field, ensuring proper percolation.

• ET Bed Systems: These systems are specifically engineered for challenging clay-heavy soils. ET Bed Systems employ two septic tanks connected by a solid line to a bull-run valve, which effectively separates the wastewater flow into two distinct drain fields. Operating on either gravity or pump control, ET Bed systems guarantee optimal treatment and distribution in challenging soil conditions.
