Disappointing Experiences
Melissa A. Moore and Sharon Husbandboth had disappointing experiences with Graceful Maids. Melissa booked a deep clean and was quoted $250, but the price increased to $295 when the cleaners arrived. They made a lot of noise, damaged her black stainless steel appliances, and left her hard surface floors "sticky." Melissa was also unhappy with the poor quality of service and the lack of integrity from the company. Sharon paid for services and was disappointed both times they came to clean. The first time, they broke her shower towel rack and did not inform her, and the second time, they damaged her microwave and did not clean her oven.
