Founded in 1987, Architrave is an established design-oriented architecture practice with over 30 years of experience throughout South Carolina. With a focus on residential design, we pride ourselves on our ability to integrate traditional and historic Carolina styles with a modern flair. Our Team
Our team is led by experienced architects and designers who are passionate about bringing your vision to life. Dale Marshall, AIA, President, has over 30 years of experience as a licensed architect and has won numerous awards for his work. Bill Marshall, Executive Vice President for Sales and Marketing, has extensive experience in architectural review boards and community development. Justin Washburn, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, is a licensed architect with over 10 years of experience in designing commercial and residential buildings.

Our Process
Our process is designed to be highly customized to your needs. We start with a site consultation, where we meet with you at your property to discuss your vision and assess the site. Next, we have a financial conversation to discuss fees and budgets. We then outline the project timeline and begin creating initial concepts and programming bubbles. From there, we move on to pre-design, 3D design, and design development, working closely with you every step of the way to ensure that your final product is everything you dreamed it would be.
