Our commercial services are tailored to each client's specific needs, ensuring a pest-free work environment.

Treatments and Services

Our treatments consist of a thorough inspection, identifying and eliminating pest issues. We employ a range of techniques, including:

• Inside spray of house and garage
• Granular spread 5' from house
• Power spraying eves and outside of the house
• Cleaning off spider webs and wasp nests

We offer a variety of service options to suit your needs:

• One-time treatment: A one-time treatment for those who do not want a contract. We guarantee the treatment for 30 days, and over 90% of our customers continue to have us spray for them.
• Monthly service: Our recommended service for commercial clients, also available for residential clients.
• Bi-monthly service: Every other month between March and November, keeping pests out during the warmer months.
• Quarterly service: Our most popular service, treating your home or business five times in the first year and four times in subsequent years.

Specialty Services

We also offer specialty services to address specific pest issues:

• Rodent service: We'll inspect your home or business, discuss prevention methods, place secured bait stations, and return in a month to check them. The process typically takes between 3 to 6 months to resolve.
• Bed bug service: We'll inspect your home or business, discuss prevention methods, and use environmentally safe chemicals and steam to eliminate the infestation.
• Termite service: We'll inspect your home, discuss treatment options, and provide you with choices for treating these destructive pests.
