The organizations we currently partner with include the American Red Cross, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Helpful Hands Foundation, Operation Breakthrough, Piper Educational Foundation, Sunflower House, Train It Forward, and YMCA of Greater Kansas City.

Meet Our President

John Bakarich III is a devoted husband to Melanie, celebrating 26 years of marriage, and a proud father to three sons-Jack & Dane, his 17-year-old twins, and Dax, the 13-year-old adventurer. A native of Kansas City, Kansas, John's local roots run deep. He is a Kansas State University alumnus with a BS in Construction Science and Management, setting the foundation for his rise from Project Manager to Director of Operations-a trajectory that ignited his entrepreneurial spirit and led to the founding of Baron Contracting in 2006. With a vision steeped in service and unmatched quality, John's leadership has cemented Baron's status as a premier 'Class A' Commercial General Contractor, building a legacy of excellence that resonates as loudly today as it did at the company's inception.
