Our business was established in 1993 by the current owners, Doug and Cyndi Belanger. Both born and raised in the Cornucopia/Bayfield area, they have always been dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Over the years, the company has grown from one septic truck to three, and we continue to expand our services into Ashland County.

Our team consists of dedicated professionals who are committed to ensuring that every job is completed to the highest standard. Doug Belanger, one of the owners, has been driving septic trucks for over two decades and has extensive experience in excavation. His wife, Cyndi, has been working as a full-time registered nurse for 32 years and handles all the bookwork for the business.

In recent years, their daughter and son-in-law, Brandon and Rachel Little, have moved back to the area and are currently learning the ropes of the business. Brandon has experience as a machine operator and has served in the military, while Rachel works as a dental assistant and serves as the office manager for Birch Street.

We also have two skilled drivers, Jon Powers and Bill Krause, who have years of experience in the industry. Jon has been driving septic trucks since 2012 and has a background in the military, while Bill has been with us since 2016 and has spent 35 years in the military.
