Established in 1973 by Gerald Kohnen, Kohnen Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. started as a one-man shop in the basement of Gerry's parents' home. Driven by a desire to provide personalized and friendly service, the business quickly outgrew its humble beginnings and relocated to a small building behind the old hardware center. As the customer base continued to expand, additional staff was brought in to meet the increasing demand. Today, Kohnen Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. is a thriving business with a team of dedicated professionals serving the local commercial and residential markets.
