Dahn Construction began in 1991 when Keith Dahn went into the construction business as an owner. Keith started his construction career working in his father's family business. He left his father's business and went to work for an emerging heavy and highway contractor in 1980. After working his way up through the ranks, he struck out on his own in 1991. The new company was based out of a shop in South St. Paul for the first 10 years. In 2002, Dahn Construction purchased our current office property and began the task of transforming it into a shop and office capable of supporting the construction company. Today, we are able to service all of our own equipment, as well as support our projects across the region. Keith has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. We take pride in our equipment being ready to run at all times.

We are a Union Contractor with several key employees that have worked for over 18+ years. Our Foremen have a broad-based knowledge of the construction industry. We believe in providing our clients with personalized service, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standards. At Dahn Construction, we specialize in Earthwork, Demolition, and Site Utilities. We have the right equipment to work in all types of materials from sand to rock. We can mobilize and go right to work with our talented crews, well-maintained equipment, and proven technologies. We also offer utility services such as storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water distribution work. Additionally, we can perform building demolition from small structures to large buildings and site demolition and site clearing.
