Who We Are

At E. Squires Paving, we are a family-owned and operated company that has been in business since 1955. Our company was founded by Gene McMasters, who learned the importance of building a solid base from his experience as a bridge builder and employee of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. In 1970, Gene's son Ed Squires joined the company, and together they worked hard to lay down strong foundations for their clients. Today, Ed's son, Eddie Squires JR., has graduated from Oxford High in 2004, and has taken over the family business. Through his tenure, he has perfected the art of every aspect of the paving industry. We are proud to offer residential, commercial, and municipal paving services to the tri-state area of southeastern Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware.
