Our Founding

When initially forming the company in 2003, we saw an opportunity to assist our community in bringing LA's most iconic buildings back to life, one project at a time. Since then, our expertise and capabilities have grown exponentially. Leadership

Evan Richardson, CEO, has been instrumental in the company's thoughtful expansion over the last 20 years. With a unique approach to problem-solving, forward-thinking management style, and the ability to build and maintain strong industry relationships, Evan has been a noteworthy construction leader in the Adaptive Reuse movement centered around downtown Los Angeles.

Luke MacDougall, President, is deeply involved in every aspect of our projects, ensuring that all client needs are met. With extensive experience in hospitality, retail, institutional, and adaptive reuse projects, Luke firmly believes that successful projects are built on strong partnerships with all stakeholders. Committed to training and development initiatives within our company, Luke works closely with all project teams to maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, schedule adherence, and budget management, reflecting his unwavering dedication to excellence.

Bryson Reaume, Founder & Board Member, has a long history in the construction industry and a passion for ensuring Reaume Richardson's vision, values, and targets are aligned so that the firm can maintain the highest standards for our employees, partners, and clients.
