Our Story
Our owner, Jim Bertie, was born and raised in the Gainesville area. Growing up, he saw firsthand the importance of reliable heating and cooling systems. After landing a job installing ductwork in homes at Haile Plantation in 1980, Jim's interest in HVAC systems grew. He eventually formed Bertie Heating & Air Conditioning, and since then, we've installed thousands of home comfort systems across North Central Florida.
