Our Story
Our owner, Nobu Aoki, is a Bozeman native who grew up with a passion for entrepreneurship. After graduating from Montana State University with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Small Business Entrepreneurship, Nobu started his own painting business, which quickly gained popularity in the area. After taking a brief stint in Boston to experience the corporate world, Nobu returned to Bozeman to pursue his true passion - serving his community as a business owner. Since then, The Ladder Guys has grown to become one of the premier painting companies in the Bozeman area, with over 1,000 homes painted to date.
