Smart Contractors Inc. was founded in 1995 by Andy Smart, a native of Attica. Andy's passion for horticulture and landscaping led him to establish the company, which has since grown to become a respected name in the community. With a strong commitment to quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction, Andy built a loyal customer base and a team of skilled professionals.

In 2024, Andy and his business partner, John Ahrens, announced a new chapter in the company's history. John, a graduate of Joliet Junior College with a degree in landscape management, joined the team and brought fresh perspectives to the concrete installation and material hauling operations.
