Poor Customer Service Experience
The reviewer, Dana Cox, had a disappointing experience with Charles Pest Control. Despite making an appointment and preparing for the technician's visit by cleaning out their cabinets, the technician failed to show up without any prior warning.
Lack of Communication and Follow-Through
When the reviewer called to confirm the appointment, they were informed that the technician was not coming. The office staff seemed uninterested in resolving the issue, and the reviewer was told that a message was left on two of their phones, which was not the case. Only the next morning did the technician call back, showcasing poor customer service.
