The most significant issues arose from miscommunications and lack of transparency. The customer who installed a mini-split system experienced significant leakage due to a disconnected drain line, which was not properly diagnosed by Greens Energy Services. Another customer was provided a Payne Air Handler instead of the requested Bryant unit. The sales agent's failure to correct the mistake and potential misrepresentation of the products led to frustration and distrust.
