Our story began in the summer of 2004 when Josh Mosier, with the help of his family, started mowing grass in their west side Indianapolis community. This was the beginning of Mosier Mowing, which later expanded into landscape, patios, and outdoor living construction. Today, Mosier Landscape is a full-service landscape maintenance and installation company, employing a full-time staff and Purdue/Ashworth College graduate landscape designers.

Our Team

Josh Mosier, our Principal, has been with us since inception in 2004. He is involved in the day-to-day operations, and if you've called our offices, you've likely talked to Josh. He has 20 years of management, leadership, and hands-on landscape experience. Scott Bales, Jr., our primary Landscape Design Consultant, is a graduate from Ashworth College in Landscape Design with 25+ years of experience crafting beautiful landscapes.

• Landscaping: Our landscaping services include landscape design (new or existing), garden walls, landscape lighting, pondless water features, rock gardens, cedar vegetable planters, privacy screening, and lawn renovations.
• Maintenance: We provide professional lawn mowing, lawn fertilization/weed control, core aeration & overseeding, spring & fall clean-ups, mulching & bed edging, shrub & ornamental pruning, bed weeding, and planting & relocation services.
• Commercial Services: We also offer commercial landscaping services, including design, installation, and maintenance, to help your business make a great first impression.

Our Design Process

Our design process involves a two-step approach. First, we have a consultation meeting with our clients to determine needs, understand your vision of the project, take measurements, and evaluate your property. Second, we present our ideas during the presentation meeting, discussing how they accomplish your goals for the space. We provide to-scale, color rendered drawings drafted by our Purdue & Ashworth graduate Landscape Designers.
