Our company was founded and is owned by Ron Thigpen, a long-time resident of Jacksonville. Our custom home construction services include building the home of your dreams, from site planning and design to construction and decoration. We also offer room additions, from simple "bump outs" to creating new spaces such as master suites, family rooms, and sunrooms.
In addition, we provide outdoor living projects, including summer kitchens, patios, decking, pergolas, lanais, pool houses, and other detached structures such as garages and carriage houses. Our outdoor living projects are designed to be fun and take advantage of scenery, views, and the great outdoors.
