Our Story

Established in 1988, Brivar Construction Company set its sights on becoming a viable alternative to typical commercial construction firms. Over the past 30 years, we have sharpened our focus on providing personalized customer attention, with unmatched design and build expertise. We have grown to a company that manages $100MM+ projects throughout the country. Our leadership, under President/CEO Craig Stockard, has guided us to new heights, allowing us to expand into our new headquarters, setting us on the path for future growth and better capability to serve our clients and cultivate relationships.

Our comprehensive suite of services includes:

Design-Build: We take full responsibility for all aspects of design and construction throughout the project. We begin by working closely with the client to discuss the project's needs and vision, creating preliminary drawings and a Scope of Work that addresses materials, construction methods, budgets, material lead time, and other key details.

General Contracting: As General Contractor, we are responsible for day-to-day project and construction oversight, management of vendors and tradespeople, and communication of key information to the entire project team. We prioritize safety, utilizing our patented Quality Assurance Program to keep our on-site team on track and accountable.

Construction Management: We work on behalf of the client, reviewing drawings, evaluating budget, developing the scope, overseeing construction, and providing comprehensive reporting and constructive meetings. Our clients can choose to be as hands-on as they desire.
