Our journey started with a white-collar background in finance, where I worked at Credit Suisse in the RTP area. I soon found myself yearning for physical activity and a sense of purpose, which led me to get involved in the moving industry. My experience was shocking - customers complaining about theft, damage, unprepared day laborers, illegitimate companies, and price gouging. Despite this, I fell in love with the industry and felt a sense of purpose in erasing every customer's previous negative bias of the moving business.
