Our story begins with a high school heating and ventilation course that ignited owner/operator Russ Hoock's passion for the HVAC industry. After completing the program, Russ furthered his education at Ranken Technical College, gaining practical experience by working with various heating and cooling companies in the greater St. Louis area.
With a solid educational foundation, Russ felt there was an opportunity to enhance the customer experience and provide a broader range of products. In 2022, Russ' wife, Megan, left her career as a registered nurse and joined the Hoock's team as Office Manager.
