I'm so impressed with the results! After a pet accident, I called hoping they could fit me into the schedule despite the short notice. They scheduled me for the next day, arrived on time, and we're out within an hour, and I thought it would take a long time (and would have taken me all day!) This is the best money you can spend to have the job done well! Will be calling them again!

I have used Chem Dry in the past and have always been happy with the results. This time I needed very dirty carpet cleaned, and I am blown away. Employees were very helpful and kind, in person and on the phone. Prices were the best from what I could find in my area (Columbia). Appointment time was between 12-2PM and they showed up at 12 which was great. The cleaning part only took 30 mins. Drying took around 3 hours. Had stains that I had hoped to get rid of but was told it wouldnt come off which was a bummer because its the reason why we tried out a carpet cleaning service in the first place. Update: Jessica (Really Nice lady) called back for a follow up and explained the whole stain removal process. Which was very informative! I thought I mentioned the stains but I guess it slipped by me. So, dont forget to mention any stains and dont get brown carpet!

We had a blue splatter stains, but weren't sure what it was. Best guess was ink from printer. We attempted to clean with a damp microfiber, but that just spread it, so we called the professionals. They were unsure if it would work, because of the suspicion of ink, so tried a spot and ended up doing the whole room and it looked fantastic! Discussed other services, so will definitely be using again.

Very nice father and son team. They were efficient, and got out some very tough stains including an interesting red one that turned out to be Swedish fish that didnt sit well with our dog. My kids did their best to clean it up themselves and remembered to tell me months later. The house looks great, and the stains are gone. Thank you, Brad!

How carpet turned out great in spite of our pets they got all the stains out!

Lexington Chem-Dry provided fast and friendly service. They were avaible to answer questions over the phone in the evening and outside the normal 8 to 5 business hours. I called them on a Wednesday evening and the worked us into their Saturday schedule, and we super flexible. They cleaned and treated the carpet with a stain fighter within 1 hour, and the carpet dries quickly. The chemicals are even green certified! Thank you! I recommend them and will use them in the future.
