One thing I love about Chem Dry as opposed to the competitors is they dont need to completely soak your carpet- and from my experience- its safe on pets. We had Chemdry out on Friday and we are very happy with the service. Our carpet feels brand new after having four years of dogs and people on it. The dry time was reasonable. Our technician was polite and reviewed the process well. We plan to use them again if needed.

Very professional, correct anything that you may have quickly. I would recommend them highly. I moved into my house in 1973 and I only use them. When we moved into our place, we weren't real impressed with the carpet. We knew it had been cleaned, but if that was as clean as it got, then maybe we need to change it. But we asked another company to clean it again, and we just sighed and thought about new carpet. A few years later (we don't decide quickly) we had company coming and contacted Chem-Dry.

The difference was dramatic. The edges near the wall looked better than they ever have. This last experience was our second one, and it wasn't a fluke. Again, our carpets look so clean. They don't take a long time. Drying time was a bit longer than we expected, but it was a humid day. (Who can predict Texas weather in January?)

We are in a rental home and our carpet looked okay when we moved in but definitely old and worn. After having it cleaned yesterday it looks as good as new carpet! Thank you so much for the professional and amazing service!

The Meek's Family Chem-Dry did an AWESOME job on my mom's carpet! The gentleman was on time; extremely considerate and very personable. He even explained about the cleaning/sanitation process for cleaning the carpet after mom's 13 year old dog had left his mark everywhere. :0 The carpet is so clean, smells fresh and the dog's mark's are all taken care of!
