Our story began in 1971 when Domenic and Rose DiFilippo, recent immigrants from Italy, settled in Wayne, Pennsylvania, with their three children. One of their sons found his calling in the heating and air conditioning industry and eventually started his own company. This inspired Vince, another son, to join his brother's business on weekends, learning the trade from the ground up. Vince blossomed under this mentorship, his passion for HVAC deepening with every service call and installation. He eventually transitioned to full-time work, honing his skills and becoming an integral part of the company.

In 1989, at the age of 27, Vince took a leap of faith and purchased the company, marking the beginning of DiFilippo's Service Company as we know it today. Shortly after, he married his wife and future business partner, Laura, solidifying their shared commitment to serving the community. Their journey has been a testament to hard work, dedication, and a genuine desire to create lasting relationships with their clients. Laura joined the company in 1992, bringing her dedicated spirit and organizational talents.
