Anderson Homes is a family-owned and operated business with a rich history spanning over four decades. Founded in 1981 by Rick Anderson, who learned the craft from his father, our company has grown to become the largest and most trusted custom home builder on the North Olympic Peninsula. We've proudly built over 700 homes, each one a testament to our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and personalized service.

The tradition of building exceptional homes continues through our third generation with Rick's son, Caleb, serving as Vice President. Drawing on his father's experience and his own academic background in Construction Management from the University of Washington, Caleb brings a fresh perspective and a wealth of knowledge to Anderson Homes.
