Our Story

Our journey began when founder Kevin Estes, a third-generation builder, moved to Sequim, Washington, to be closer to his parents. With a vision to build a better way of doing business, Kevin established Estes Builders, LLC. Co-founder Jo Anne Estes, who played a crucial role in the company's success, joined the company officially a few years later. Together, they built the company from the ground up, fueled by their passion for quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

We're proud to serve areas throughout Western Washington, including Clallam and Jefferson County, as well as Kitsap County and Gig Harbor. Our two local offices are conveniently located in Sequim and Poulsbo, making it easy for our clients to meet with us and track the progress of their custom home project.
